Terms of use

These terms cover Tumble: the website at tumble.ambientapp.ai and the Tumble plugin and connector in ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants. Tumble is run by The Open Apps, Inc., 1111B South Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904, United States. By using Tumble you agree to these terms.

What Tumble is

Tumble suggests active games, game sessions and ways to adapt games from its own library of game cards. There is no account and no payment. You may use the games with your family, class, team or group.

Adult supervision and safety

Physical games carry a risk of falls, bumps and other injuries. The adult running a game is responsible for choosing a game that suits the players, the space and the ground, for supervising it, and for stopping it when needed. Read each game's safety lines before you start. Match partners by size and strength for push, pull and grip games, play on soft ground or mats, clear the space of furniture and obstacles, and stop at once if anyone is hurt or upset. Tumble's suggestions are general game rules, not professional, medical or safety advice for a particular child. You use the games at your own risk.

AI assistants

When you use Tumble in an AI assistant, the assistant writes the reply. It may summarise or change Tumble's rules or make mistakes; the game card and its safety lines are Tumble's answer. Your use of the assistant is governed by its own terms.

Game cards and licences

Game rules themselves can't be owned. Our write-ups of the games are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). Hand Slap is adapted from the Wikipedia article "Red hands" and is shared under CC BY-SA 4.0, as its card says. The Tumble name, logo, site design and figure animations belong to The Open Apps, Inc.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tumble to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to scrape it at a volume that harms other users.

No warranty and limit of liability

Tumble is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, The Open Apps, Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from playing the games or using Tumble, and its total liability for any claim is limited to 100 US dollars.
